The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and courtesy set and balcony with lake and surrounding mountain views

The price includes:

• Seasonal pool with sun loungers and umbrellas
• One covered and unattended garage space with charging box for electric cars
• Possibility on request to host an extra car outside

The price does not include:

• Dog: 1 welcome per apartment: € 5 per day
• Camping cot 1 per apartment: € 5/day
• Tourist tax: € 2 per person per day from age 14
• Electric car charging

Upon your arrival a deposit of € 100 will be required to be paid exclusively in cash. It will be returned at check-out after verification of the accommodation's condition.
