At the time of booking you can choose between two rate options:

• Standard Rate (Flexible): free cancellation or modification up to 7 days before arrival.
• Non-refundable: discounted rate that requires charging the full amount at the time of booking. It is not possible to modify or cancel free of charge.

Penalties: in case of late cancellation or no-show for the flexible rate, the penalty is equal to the total amount of the stay.

• Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
• Bank transfer: available by selecting it at the end of the online booking process or by requesting it from the property.
• Cash: accepted for the balance on arrival (for standard rates) and mandatory for the security deposit.

Security deposit: a €100 cash deposit is required on arrival, returned at check-out after the apartment inspection.
